Scripts for Running Data on the Supercomputer (recon-all)
Raw data files are in the form of T-1 and T-2 weighted images in formats usually ending with .nii.gz. We run these raw MRI Images through FreeSurfer programming to generate much more useful information, such as delineations of cortical and subcortical structures, from which we can make calculation and perform analyses.
But first, we need to process the raw data on the supercomputer. The details of how this is done is covered in Psych 514, with is a required 1-credit course for all lab members. We have posted template scripts for running batches of participant data. Download them here:
