Dr. Shields is currently completing her post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at the Utah State Hospital and at Brigham Young University. Dr. Shields earned her PsyD and Master's degrees at Georgia Southern University and her Bachelor's Degree at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW). Dr. Shields serves as the liaison between the Utah State Hospital and BYU for the conduction of the Cognitive Remediation Clinical Trial. Her clinical interests include cognitive remediation, geriatric neuropsychological assessment, and dementia. Her other interests include hiking and skiing.
