While They Were Here: Neuroscience Research Assistant
Where They Went:

I joined the BYU BIB lab because I want to learn more about the neurobiological reasons for behavior. I enjoy researching how neuroanatomy changes in different diseases. I started out at BYU with a major in Biochemistry, but after getting a year into the major, I found that I was actually most passionate about learning how the brain works and using that knowledge to help others, so I switched to Neuroscience. It’s hard for me to not feel excited when learning about the complex ways our brains work. (At least from what little science currently understands about it!)

My career goals include going on to become a Clinical Neuropsychologist. Outside of the lab, I love hiking, running, weightlifting, skiing, and watching meteor showers from random remote locations- where the stars are brightest!
